- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations.
- Lead and motivate F&B supervisors, service staff, and support teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Ensure consistent service quality, hygiene, and presentation across all outlets.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu planning, promotions, and quality control.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and timely resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and oversee purchasing of F&B supplies.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and manage manpower needs based on operational demands.
- Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Review daily sales, budgets, and financial reports to improve revenue and cost efficiency.
- Implement service improvements, new concepts, and F&B promotions to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
- Ensure proper maintenance of F&B equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for event planning, banquets, and special functions.
- Act as Duty Manager when required and support overall hotel operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of F&B experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in team training and development.
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
