- Oversee all Front Office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and front desk service.
- Lead and supervise the Front Office team to ensure that the highest standards of guest service are maintained at all times.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage and optimize the guest reservation process, ensuring accurate bookings and smooth arrivals and departures.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Monitor front desk inventory and equipment, ensuring everything is well-maintained and functional.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, ensuring that the department is appropriately staffed during peak periods.
- Assist in training and developing front office staff to enhance their skills and service standards.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash and billing processes, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures and financial accuracy.
- Implement and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures in daily operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, promotions, and policies.
- Act as Duty Manager during your shift, managing hotel operations in the absence of senior management.
- Support the Operations Manager in strategic initiatives, including cost control, performance reviews, and quality improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office management or guest services within a hotel environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric approach to service.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and quality standards.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Guest-focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
