- Provide attentive and professional service to guests during breakfast lunch and dinner dining operations.
- Set up the restaurant before service (table setup, condiments, cutlery, equipment readiness).
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Clear and reset tables after each seating, keeping the dining area clean and organized.
- Refill beverages, buffet items, and supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel and safety regulations.
- Assist in coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries or minor complaints politely and escalate major concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure proper billing, cashiering procedures, and accurate order entry into the POS system.
- Support the team in closing duties, inventory checks, and preparation for the next day’s operations.
- Uphold the hotel’s service values and provide a positive dining experience for all guests.
- High School Diploma in or relevant hospitality training is preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food & beverage service, café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy morning periods.
- Ability to work early-morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
