The Advanced Centre for Empowerment (ACE) is an independent Cambodian NGO established in Phnom Penh on February 15th, 2009 and officially registered with the Ministry of Interior in May of 2011. The mission of ACE is to provide education, housing, training, and work experience to disadvantaged children and youths in Cambodia.

ACE runs 5 centres and serves over 600 impoverished children by teaching health and hygiene program, life skills and English within their communities in Phnom Penh and remote area in Kandal Province. These services are provided by more than 20 university students who receive accommodation and the opportunity to hone their leadership abilities, life skills, and English language competence. This work empowers these dedicated university students and the children they serve with the skills and confidence they need to be Cambodia’s future leaders.

ACE is looking for qualified and committed candidates to fill the following positions:

  • Project Support Officer Intern (2 Positions)

  • University student or fresh graduate (Degree or field of study in English Literature, Education, Communication, Development is a plus)
  • Good commands of English both written and oral 
  • Have some experience with project, community, or education is a plus  
  • Possess some administrative skills and good attentions to details 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Have some experience with social media usage such as Facebook, Youtube etc

Project Support Officer Intern

  • Working Hour: Monday-Friday (either part-time or fulltime)
  • Duration: 3-6 months
