  • JOB PURPOSE
    • Infra. Support and Services Officers are responsible for providing first level users on bank-supported computer applications and platforms. The primary role is to troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action and daily assist network infrastructure as their secondary duty.
  • JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
    • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
    • Talking staff or vendor through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
    • Prioritize, manage, and track open cases at all relevant branches.
    • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
    • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
    • Support the roll-out of new applications.
    • Ensure software patches and antivirus definitions for all are updated regularly.
    • Testing and evaluating new technology.
    • Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and weekly report to immediate supervisor.
    • Assist in IT network and infrastructure projects and also responsible for any tasks assigned.
    • Assist in evaluate and develop necessary process to ensure the systems incorporate the approved information security measure.
    • Establishing a good working relationship with users and other professionals.
    • Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends.
    • All other matters ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
តំរូវការការងារ
  • Bachelor in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two year experiences in a technical support environment
  • Knowledge of Networking and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux server platforms
  • Demonstrated networking skills, able to foster strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong customer focus; service oriented attitude
  • Have experienced with MFI or Bank would be advantage.
  • Good command of Khmer and English.
