We are expanding our operations in Cambodia and are now looking for an aspiring individual to join us as Manager, IT Risk & Compliance based in Phnom Penh.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for defining the IT Security, Risks and Governance Framework for AIA Cambodia with close alignment to the AIA group and local industry standards and ensuring its successful implementation within the organization.

  • Define and implement information security policies, procedures and guidelines aligned to AIA group and local industry requirements
  • Monitor internal control systems / logical/ physical access to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained
  • Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster information security awareness within the business including user training
  • Establish incident reporting procedure for reporting information security incidents and investigations in line with AIA group requirements
  • Maintain IT disaster recovery (DR) plan and business continuity planning (BCP) process
  • Review and appraise the soundness, adequacy and application of security and other controls for the protection of information as per the policies and procedures and suggest improvements
តំរូវការការងារ
  • Tertiary education and Professional Certifications in IT Security such as CISM or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in related field and in the management level, preferably in a financial service company
  • Specific exposure in managing IT risk, information security and compliance related functions would be an essential requirement
  • Strong analytical and communication (both written and presentation) skills
  • A team player with strong project management and good inter-personal skills
  • A strong sense of work commitment with a passion to perform
