  • Loan Staff (05 Positions)
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Find potential individual clients in need of housing loan
  • Submit Write up to Branch Manager and/or Credit Assessment Department for approval
  • Handle customer complaint and take appropriate action to solve them
  • Arrange the loan agreement, pledge legal documents at Sangkat level and cadastral office
  • Assist to recover bad debt of the branch/departments
  • Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Branch Manager

  • Under-graduate or Bachelor Degree;
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Good at writing and speaking in English
  • Strong relationships and network building
  • Having high integrity and team work oriented
  • Commitment, initiation, honesty and good communication.
