Position: Sponsorship Coordinator for Communications and Publications
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary & Benefit Package: 585 - 732 USD
I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To ensure the continued good reputation of World Vision International – Cambodia Sponsorship Operations by building understanding and support for sponsorship programmes through Annual Progress Report, Greeting/Christmas Card and Sponsorship 2.0; maintain the goodwill of sponsors.
- Support to improve donor/sponsor transformation by promoting a good understanding of Sponsorship Operations for transformation as well as sponsorship programmes through Annual Progress Report, greeting card and Sponsorship 2.0; 50% (Indicators.. MSC stories for APR) Donor Transformation/Engagement
- Ensure ADPs have relevant IEC materials to promote understanding of sponsorship among children including RC, their families, and community key partners; and materials to be used for sponsor visits; and 30% IEC Materials, maintain goodwill of sponsors
- Coordinate designing, printing and updating sponsorship materials/supplies as well as visual/audio clips for supporting the implementation of Sponsorship Programming. 20% Publications / Sponsorship stationery
- Bachelor degree in mass communications or journalism
- Writing skill
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer—MS Word, MS Excel, and Lotus Notes
- Graphic design
- Photography skills
- Facilitation skills
- At least 2 years experience in communication and public relations or business advertisement/promotion
- Media, story writing, photography and graphic design
