- Fresh graduate students majoring in business or any other related fields
- Good study records (transcript must be submitted)
- With or without working experience
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn new things and willing to be rotated in different job functions
- Language proficiency in English and Khmer
