We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- HR Manager (1 Position)
Your assignments will mainly focus on:
- Manage all aspects of Personnel and Payroll operations such as payroll process, leaves, compensations and benefits.
- Organize and update all necessary employees’ records into HR System (
- Ensure full compliance with National Social Security Funds (NSSF) declarations.
- Operates the MoLVT self-service portal
- Contribute to social reports preparation and analysis.
- Administer the corporate benefit programs for the employees.
- Support the employees’ coordination and communication as needed.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR policies and procedures
- Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and disputes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
- Provide coaching and support to employees for their professional development
- Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Support career development and succession planning
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies.
- Skills:
- Leadership and management skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR Management or related field,
- At least 2 years of HR- Payroll related work experience,
- Strong knowledge and understanding of labor law compliance,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and quality focus
- Proven proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills
