We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Tractor Operator
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Operating machinery
- Operate tractors and attachments to perform tasks such as plowing, seeding, spraying, and harvesting
- Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance on tractors and other farm equipment, including inspections, diagnosis, and repairs
- Other tasks
- Perform manual labor such as leveling, ditching, building levees, fertilizing, and more
- Safety
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines, and remain alert while driving and servicing the tractor
- Communication
- Report any issues or concerns to management, and communicate with crew members, foreman, and managers
- Tractor operators can work in a variety of settings, including farms, orchards, and construction sites. They may also be responsible for transporting goods and materials.
