We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Develop and execute business development strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within telecommunications, AI, engineering services, and related industries.
- Expand the company’s customer base across Cambodia and regional Asian markets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of commercial proposals, tenders, bidding documents, and technical submissions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and strategic recommendations for executive management.
- Perform additional strategic business initiatives assigned by senior management.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Successful experience in Business Development or Sale for 5 years as a minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, business expansion, and revenue growth.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
- Preferred Age: 30–40 years
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
