  • Accounting Support
  • Expected Result: Accounting transactions are processed accurately, documented properly, and comply with API policies and donor requirements.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the monthly cash advances based on the monthly approval of the work plan in collaboration with the project team and submit them on time to Headquarters.
  • Prepare the cash settlements and make sure they are settled on time and properly, with supporting documents in accordance with policy.
  • Prepare the other requests for payment to service providers and suppliers and purchase office stationery & supplies, etc.
  • Manage field cash disbursements to beneficiaries while implementing the actions and make sure they are the correct amount and follow the policy, etc.
  • Collect all invoices & receipts and make sure all of them have full information (such as date, contact number, signature, note information, no erasures, correct quantity, correct calculation figures, etc.), and complete signatures in accordance with the level of authorization.
  • Maintain the accounting documents and make sure they are in order of arrangement and storage in a safe place, including hard and electronic versions.
  • Update expenditure records and budget monitoring tools in a timely manner.
  • Support financial monitoring and auditing purposes.
  • Office Administration and Records Management
  • Expected Result: Administrative systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain filing systems, correspondence records, leave records, inventory records, and fixed asset registers.
  • Monitor office supplies, stationery, and office facilities to support project operations.
  • Ensure administrative records are complete, accurate, and readily available for review.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for administrative, financial, procurement, and project documents.
  • Logistics and Operational Support
  • Expected Result: Project activities, travel, and events are effectively coordinated and supported.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, training sessions, field visits, and other project activities.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Monitor vehicle and motorcycle logbooks and ensure timely reporting.
  • Support visitors, partners, and project stakeholders as required.
  • General Project Support
  • Expected Result: Project staff receive timely and effective operational support for implementation of project activities.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to project teams.
  • Assist with document management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor in support of project implementation.

Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Basic is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Accounting, administration, finance, logistics, office management, or project support for 1 year as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience working with NGOs, development projects, or donor-funded programs is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned province and support field activities as required.
  • Good written and spoken Khmer.
  • Basic written and spoken English is preferred.
  • All applicants must have good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work well in a team; proficiency in the use of standard software packages, i.e. Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.

  • Good organizational, record-keeping, and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
