All Ears Cambodia (AEC) is a local, registered charitable NGO based in Phnom Penh (Reg. No. 779 SCN). We’ve been operational for over 20 years and have a 3-year, renewable memorandum of agreement with the Ministry of Health. We work with people of all ages – from newborn babies to the elderly – helping them to hear. We fight ear disease and fit hearing aids on those in need of help. Presently, AEC has 5 clinics across the country and works in partnership with over 80 aid organizations and multiple public hospitals and schools. The annual patient caseload is currently around 29,000. Our health and education services include: primary ear health care (treating infections and other disorders of the outer/middle ear); diagnostic audiology (hearing tests); aural rehabilitation (fitting hearing aids); and public ear and hearing health education. AEC also created a school of audiology and primary ear health care to address the paucity of specialists in the field of ear and hearing healthcare. It has an active continuing professional development programme for its trained staff.
