AusBake is a well-established small wholesale bakery in Phnom Penh.
We supply sliced bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products to more than 50 marts, restaurants and other customers.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Plan, organise and supervise daily bakery production.
- Produce consistent bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products.
- Lead, supervise, teach and train bakery staff.
- Make sure all products are completed correctly and on time.
- Maintain consistent quality, hygiene and production efficiency.
- Control ingredients, wastage and production quantities.
- Solve production problems and maintain bakery standards.
- Report directly to the owner.

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
- Proven experience in bread and commercial bakery production.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, shaping, proofing and baking.
- Able to manage and train a production team.
- Good attention to quality, hygiene and detail.
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.
- Must be available to start as soon as possible.
- Honest and trustworthy person
