Australia Young Leaders Academy (AYLA) in partnership with Paññāsāstra International School, is an educational organization committed to developing high-quality learning pathways for children and young people across Cambodia. Through this collaboration, AYLA delivers a comprehensive model of education that integrates general academic programs, leadership development, teacher professional training, and whole-school improvement initiatives.AYLA supports multiple campuses and partner schools by offering structured programs from early childhood through senior secondary education, ensuring continuity in academic excellence and student leadership development.
AYLA integrates the Cambodian National Curriculum, the Western Australian Curriculum, and Chinese language learning to ensure students receive a balanced and internationally aligned education. The organisation also provides specialised programs in digital literacy, coding, mathematics, and extracurricular activities that support holistic development.
AYLA delivers professional learning, mentoring, and leadership development for teachers and school leaders across the AYLA partner schools.
AYLA emphasises academic excellence, professional standards, and sustainable growth. It aims to create a supportive learning environment where students thrive, teachers are well prepared, and schools operate with clear systems and strong governance.
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using current frontend technologies
- Build responsive and reusable UI components
- Collaborate closely with designers to implement intuitive and accessible interfaces
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement practices
- Maintain documentation for frontend architecture and components
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in frontend development
- Experience delivering production-level web applications
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
- REST API integration
- State management approaches in modern frontend applications
- Version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
- Performance optimization techniques and UI/UX best practices
- Experience working with TypeScript
- Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack)
- Experience using testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Experience working in Agile or startup environments
- Exposure to scalable web application architecture
- Strong attention to UI/UX quality and usability
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple development tasks efficiently
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with build tools (Vite, Webpack)
- Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Experience working in agile teams
