ពិព៌ណនាអំពីការងារ
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Advisory Analyst
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Transactional sourcing and screening of investment opportunities for senior team members
- Developing and documenting transaction rationale, including preparation and presentation of all Information Memorandum and presentation materials.
- Developing financial models and executing transaction recommendations
- Performing comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, and peer benchmarking
- Participating in marketing and fundraising activities, including roadshow, internal training and prospective investor meetings.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters / MBA from a top-tier university
- Desire to pursue a Career in Corporate Finance / M&A / Private Equity. 1 to 2 Years of Experience at a reputable Firm will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting; excellent analytical / modeling skills
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent technical skills, confident presentation ability, and an inquisitive mind
- Overall familiarity with the private equity industry and knowledge of various strategies would be a significant enhancement. Real Estate experience will be advantageous.
- Critical-thinking, teamwork in a culturally diverse workplace, self-starter and motivated character traits highly valued
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written). Fluency in Khmer or another Asian language will be an advantage.
