We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- HR Assistant Manager
- Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Culture Initiatives
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow ups.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including CSR programs, company sports day, and team building activities.
- Track and report recruitment and employer branding metrics for continuous improvement.
- Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Assist in the execution of employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture.
- Plan and organize company events such as celebrations, team-building activities, and employee appreciation programs.
- Support the performance review process, tracking feedback and evaluation cycles.
- Assist in training & development initiatives for employee skill enhancement.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys to measure engagement and address concerns.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Support the Senior HR Manager in policy development and ensure smooth implementation.
- Assist in interpreting and communicating policies to employees and managers.
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and official documentation.
- Provide support for grievance handling and employee relations cases.
- HR Coordination & Reporting
- Track HR initiatives and ensure timely execution and reporting to the Senior HR Manager.
- Coordinate with HR team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports on key metrics, including hiring trends, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks for HR policies and practices.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment, engagement and compliance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability in multicultural and fast-paced work environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
