We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Junior Public Relations & Program Officer
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- CSR Initiatives Management
- Work closely with direct supervisor for planning, implementing, and executing the CSR initiatives.
- Assist in planning and execution of CSR events, including event proposal, briefing to management, onsite event support, and evaluation.
- Communications and Content Creation
- Assist with the writing and editing of press releases, publications, website content, reports, speeches, and other materials that communicate the Foundation's initiatives and programs.
- Copyedit, proofread, translate, and revise communications; assist with day-to-day internal and external communication tasks.
- Media and Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain relationships with media and execute media advisory or media outreach.
- Keep close monitoring of the Prince Foundation's social media.
- Handle student affairs of the Scholarship scheme.
- Communicate information to internal stakeholders that either anticipates or is simultaneous with external release promptly.
- Campaign Execution
- Manage execution of all public relations (PR) touchpoints for each campaign.
- Community Engagement
- Assist direct supervisor with external communication and liaison with the local community, including Government bodies, schools, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and community partners.
- Professional Development
- Willing and able to learn to use AI tools to enhance the quality and quantity of work.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Other requests assigned by the direct supervisor.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred but not a must..
- 1- 2 years of professional working experience.
- Work experience in Communications agency/journalism experience desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (editing, proofreading, copywriting).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders (media, community partners, students).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI writing tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
