  • Train and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within target industries such as financial services, e-commerce, logistics, Internet Service Providers, Utilities, Security Services, and more

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
