We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Supplier Quality Engineer - Lamps
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Quality Control Processes:
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective inspection and quality control processes for table and floor lamps.
- Define and communicate quality requirements to suppliers and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Inspection Protocols:
- Implement inspection protocols for incoming materials, components, and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits at supplier facilities to monitor and verify compliance.
- Sample inspection for new development product, complete inspection report, and internal testing as required.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyse quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bilingual Communication:
- Effectively communicate quality requirements and feedback with suppliers.
- Translate technical documents and specifications as needed to facilitate clear communication.
តំរូវការការងារ
- College diploma degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in the Quality area.
- Proficiency in Oral Mandarin, and English written skills.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, and statistical analysis.
- Experience in supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance monitoring.
