ពិព៌ណនាអំពីការងារ
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- HRMS Project Trainee
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Prepare kick-off slides and project schedules based on client’s requirements
- Prepare business requirement templates and requirements sign off form
- Review employee data conversion and leave data history
- Prepare employee and approve training slides
- Partially Install system based on requirement specification
- Employee data and leave history data migration
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Year-4 students or fresh graduates in Software, IT, Computer Science or related fields
- Fluent in English and another Asian language is advantageous
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable with the willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the project team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
