- Admissions and Customer Service Executive
- Assist CSM to welcome children and their parents by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
- Ensures that all contacts with parents (e-mail, walk-in, SMS or phone) and provides them with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
- Through interaction with parents on the phone, uses every opportunity to build their interest in the school’s products and services
- Assist the CSM to call and follow up the communication with the customer and parents for their enrolment, attendance and incident report.
- Assist CSM to receive and handle comments, inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure the solution and pass to school principal.
- Provide pricing and delivery information to customer and parents
- Create, update, manage, and maintain students' account in database, excel, and hard copy.
- Control and update the student attendance, student leave record, birthday date, staff leave, incident record and other document related to students.
- Call to make appointment and follow up with parents about the meeting
- Update the food menu monthly
- Keep information up to date to Customer Service Manager
- Follow up the clients and compile their feedbacks
- Develop the forms for incidents and customer service report.
- Bachelor’s degree of Administration, General Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the specific field
- Honest, highly responsible, and reliable
- Good computer literacy (Internet and E-mail, Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good at communication skills and self-motivated
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence, and motivation
- Good in English (Writing, Speaking, listening)
