We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

- Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum.
- Ensure learning experiences support holistic child development through play-based and inquiry-based approaches.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and positive behavior.
- Establish routines and structures that support young learners’ independence and confidence.
- Lesson Planning:
- Develop detailed lesson plans and resources aligned with Cambridge learning objectives.
- Incorporate innovative strategies that integrate play, exploration, and early literacy/numeracy skills.
- Homeroom Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents in the class.
- Provide pastoral care, monitor well-being, and foster strong relationships with families.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues, co-teachers, and teaching assistants to support student learning.
- Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with Cambridge Early Years requirements and best practices.
- Extracurricular Activities:
- Support and contribute to school events, clubs, or activities that enhance the holistic development of students.
- Safeguarding:
- Adhere to the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring the well-being of all students.
- Assessment and Reporting:
- Assess student progress using formative and summative methods.
- Provide constructive feedback and prepare reports in line with Cambridge standards.
- Parent Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- The employee is expected to support and perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by their line manager, provided such tasks align with their role and area of expertise.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject, with a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Teaching experience in Early Years, preferably within the Cambridge Curriculum or similar international framework for 2 years as a minimum
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent international certification).
- Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.

- Passionate about early years education, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Warm, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach to working with young children and families.
