We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Responsibilities and Required Tasks
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise Bromsgrove Cambodia and its educational services and products
- Write script for various in-house video-channels and other advertising purposes ( e.g. YouTube videos, Tiktok, TVC, IGTV and other usable platforms)
- Present quality content, market them and deliver.
- Edit and proofread various written pieces before publication for both clients and our in-house products
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics to other team members and colleagues.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
- Update our websites as needed
- Interview educational professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
- Research education-related topics
- Product Quality Assurance
- Quality audits
- Reviews against authoring guidelines
- Peer reviews,
- Subject matter expert reviews
- Page load time tests
- Link tests
- Usability tests
- Team Management
- Mentor and up skill junior team members
- Using the right tools for content ideation stages
- Should be a team leader, assigning tasks to juniors and helping them.
- Should help the manager on task planning and helps and report to manager on task assigned.
- Stakeholder Management
- Tone and voice compliance
- Involving key stakeholders in the planning process
- Style guide compliance
- Link standards and content accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
- Time-management skills
- Familiarity with SEO
- A huge plus if proficient in both English and Nepali
