We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Deliver orders to B2B and retail customers on time and according to daily schedules.
- Verify items, weights, and quantities before loading and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain professional customer interaction and collect signatures or payments when required.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and conduct basic daily checks (oil, tires, fuel, lights).
- Report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain cold-chain integrity during loading, transport, and unloading of chilled/frozen goods.
- Handle products carefully and report any damage or temperature issues
- Assist with loading/unloading and support warehouse operations during non-delivery periods.
- Submit delivery logs, receipts, and route reports accurately each day
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and production teams for urgent deliveries or operational support.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- Khmer - Basic
- English - Basic
- Valid driving license (motorbike and/or car, depending on company needs).
- Experience in delivery, logistics, or similar operational roles.
- Ability to handle chilled and frozen goods safely.
- Advantage: Experience handling food, FMCG, or cold-chain products.
- Basic communication skills in Khmer and simple English.
- Physically fit and able to lift/handle heavy products.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with Phnom Penh routes, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
- Customer service mindset and professional behavior during deliveries.
