We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement annual marketing and sales strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives;
- Prepare departmental business plans, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Sales Management
- Achieving annual GWP and revenue targets;
- Develop sales strategies to meet targets;
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and business partners;
- Negotiating deals and closing sales;
- Managing sales performance and coaching team members.
- Marketing Management
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and drive demand;
- Conducting market research and analyzing clients’ behavior;
- Identifying new market opportunities and trends;
- Measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Khmer - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified - Fluent
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- Marketing-Sale for insurance field for 8 years as a minimum
- Excellent understanding of insurance regulatory law, and Insurance Business Knowledge;
- Experience in databases, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office/CRM software/analytical software/automation tools;
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights and make data driven decisions;
- Extensive experience in leading and managing marketing functions, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector;
- Ability to lead the client experience functions with a strong focus on meeting client needs and expectations;
- Skill in using customer data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive improvements;
- Fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese.
- Excellent negotiation, Communication, and Problem Solving;
