CWCC is a highly regarded local not-for-profit organization, has been operating since 1997 and continues to grow its services to women and children who are victims of domestic violence, rape, and trafficking. CWCC's vision is to eliminate violence against women and is committed to reducing violence through intervention, education, advocacy and direct services for women.
CWCC is seeking to appoint capable, and committed person for the following positions:
- Prepare workplan and manage project's activities to achieve the project goals.
- Reaching out to target communities to identify target group (Returned women migrant workers and survivors of labor trafficking…etc.)
- Conduct training for target groups, duty bearers including commune committee for women and children (CCWC), and local authorities (village leaders, polices …etc.)
- Follow up and monitor the progress of community volunteer networks in the target communities
- Conduct monthly meeting with community volunteer networks
- Conduct study visit of community volunteer networks and campaign's activities.
- Facilitating returned women migrant workers, survivor of labor trafficking, access to information related to migration and labor law of Cambodia.
- Preparing project progress reports for donor.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology or related field.
- Experiences working with migrant workers, income generation or similar role for 3 years as a minimum
- Ability to plan and coordinate training independently.
- Capable in writing and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of computer programs, MS office, MS Excel, and Power Point.
- Good knowledge of report writing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, humble, and active team leader.
- Most importantly, gender sensitive and committed to women and children’s rights.
