- Senior Project Officer
- Lead the delivery of project activities related to climate-smart agriculture (CSA), community safety nets, and inclusive governance in target provinces
- Support local partners and stakeholders through coordination, technical guidance, and capacity building
- Engage ethnic minority women, youth, and people with disabilities in climate action and leadership development
- Monitor project progress and contribute to reporting, learning, and sharing of results
- Uphold CARE’s commitment to safeguarding, equality of women and girls, and disability inclusion
- Other Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination with NGOs or civil society in rural or ethnic minority communities
- Strong facilitation, planning, and team coordination skills
- Proven commitment to inclusive development, promote equality of women & girls, and participatory approaches
- Fluency in Khmer and strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CSA practices, local Indigenous languages, and DFAT-funded programs is an advantage.
