Technical Support /Capacity Building:

• Mentoring and Coaching at Field Level to PoE, DoE and School.
• Partner capacity building_Assist/support Technical Leads on capacity building planning, conducting and follow up.
• Work along side with PoE to ensure quality traing to DoE and target schools.
• Assessment the project technical implement by PoE, DoE and School record and report o Technical leads
• Input into capacity building tools and marterial update that promote participant buy-in and interest to apply
• Project Delivery Monitoring & Tracking: PoE and DoE quality work plan, implementation and outputs.
• Coordinate and support PoE to fulfil their tasks and achieve monthly work plan
• Monitor progress of monthly PoE activities implementation against the planned
• Monthly project team meeting with quality input of progress PoE and DoE implementation, School practices and solution to address challenges
• Quarterly PoE and DoE meeting to address coordination, address challenges and promote new ideas/innovation.
• Mentoring PoE to conduct DoE capacity build on moniting and mentoring support at target schools.
• Mentoring PoE to ensure DoE quality monitoring to their target school through carry out project checklists realistic and reliable manner.
• Ensure project checklists on time collect and submit to project focal person to review and tracking
• Conduct project spot check and share information to project team.

Project Event Cordination:

• Event that promote project approach publicly at school, district and provincial level.
• Work with PoE to plan project event in quarterly basis
• Organize project events as quarterly planned with meaningful participation PoE, DoE School and authorities.
• Plan and organize in quarterly basis the exchange visits of school, principal, teacher and children best practices.
• Contribute to learning, exchange, dissemination of best practices and lessons learned.
• Support Project Capitalization/ Documentation_(competency center)
• Ensure project data collection on time (article, case study, practical exercises..) for social media and reporting.
• Submit timely draft project narrative reports in English as PoE and DoE target
• FACET and WinS assessment_facilitate PoE, DoE and School on time and quality inputs
• Assit support requests from HO, LO.

Other Tasks as Required:

• Implementing monthly activities inline with project and PoE work plan
• Input project quarterly, six month and yearly planning
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
