We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
តំរូវការការងារ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Policy and other relevant field
- Equivalent business experience and progressively research experience for a major company or division of a large corporation for 2 years
- Understanding of research process & methodologies: Usage &Attitude / Central Location Test / In-home Placement / Focus Group Discussion / In depth Interview / Customer satisfactory / etc & know when to apply them)
- A to Z project management
- Analysis & Reporting skill
- Analysis software like SPSS, Ms. Access, Excel etc.
- Presentation skill
- Research experience is an added value
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- level of technical skills
- the individuals interpersonal skills such as independence, attitude, problem solving and maturity.
- Be proactive in self development ( take ownership in personal career development)
- Willing to learn
- Non-bias / proactive
