We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Lead, train, and support a small customer service team (1–2reps).
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook and Telegram quickly and professionally.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage response time KPIs to ensure near-instant customer engagement.
- Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues directly with key customers or retail partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on customer service performance, including response time, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Work closely with the CEO and management team to improve systems, processes, and customer experiences.
- Conduct occasional in-store visits to build customer relationships and resolve issues directly.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Response Time: Average reply time under 3 minutes during business hours.
- Order Conversion Rate: Percentage of inquiries converted into confirmed orders.
- Customer Satisfaction: Measured via positive feedback, repeat orders, and fewer escalations.
- Retention Rate: Percentage of returning customers from existing leads.
