ពិព៌ណនាអំពីការងារ
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Coordinate recruitment: postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files in line with Cambodian Labor Law.
- Administer attendance, leave balances, and payroll-support documentation.
- Support work permits, visas, and NSSF registration for local and expatriate staff.
- Coordinate day-to-day office administration - procurement, facilities, and vendor relations.
- Assist with policy rollout, employee relations, and internal communications.
- Manage logistics for meetings and company events.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. is required
- HR & Administration Officer in Trade and Export Promotion for 2 to 3 years is required
- Working knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and NSSF procedures.
- Strong written and spoken English and Khmer.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Highly organized and discreet with confidential information.
- A proactive, service-minded team player.
