Cord is seeking a Multi-Country Project Officer, Asia to play a key coordination role in a dynamic, multi-country programme integrating peacebuilding approaches within child protection.

Cord is an international non-governmental organisation with administrative headquarters in the United Kingdom and operations across Africa and Southeast Asia. For over 55 years, Cord has supported communities affected by conflict, exclusion, and inequality through humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding work. Cord works through a small, committed multidisciplinary team of national and international experts and delivers multi-donor, multi-partner programmes in close collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

The Multi-Country Project Officer, Asia will support the Regional Representative in project management and provide day-to-day coordination and operational support to the Peacebuilding Specialist, Asia. The role contributes to the effective implementation of a multi-country project focused on mainstreaming peacebuilding approaches within child protection programming. Cord acts as a technical peacebuilding partner within the consortium, supporting partner organisations to strengthen peacebuilding capacity and enhance child rights protection.

The project spans Asia (Cambodia, Bangladesh), Africa, and Eastern Europe, with the position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Appointment is subject to confirmation of external funding currently in process.
