DGB Bank is a licensed commercial bank in Cambodia and a member of DGB Financial Group in Korea listed on Korea Stock Exchange. Candidates who meet the requirement are kindly invited for interview.
- Senior Finance Strategy Officer (1 Position)
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Monitoring branch KPIs or sale performance by providing variance analysis report to management
- Assist FSUM for market research and some data analysis for business plan & decision-making.
- Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancement in Core Banking System.
- Assist FSUM and work with cross functional team such as data science, to develop reporting dashboard.
- Drive reporting, process and discipline for finance routines to shape and influence decision-making like annual budget preparation process and budget monitoring.
- Support funding cost management strategies with accessible reporting
- Prepare materials for board meetings and investor meeting related to financial data analysis.
- Identify/underlying business transaction trend & challenging analysis
- Identify financial/business/control process improvement
- Support the sales and operations teams with financial issues including providing financial training & recommendation.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
តំរូវការការងារ
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A
- A keen analytical eye and experience building integrated model from scratch (in Excel, other planning applications like power BI)
- A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
- Experience driving and executing on finance processes (e.g annual budget preparation, monitoring…
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office, analyzing contracts and large data sets using SQL
- Ability to work as a team and get the job done with the tight timeline.
- Experience in data visualization and dashboarding, Power BI, ERP is a plus.
