We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Technical Manager
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Lead research and development of new products as per the company’s product development plan, enhancing or improving existing offerings.
- Manage engineering activities, including team coordination, project planning, and budget/schedule control.
- Oversee preparation of technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, BOQ, specifications, and manuals.
- Provide technical training and support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams, assisting with sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Support sales, project execution, and production activities with technical expertise.
- Monitor and respond to bidding opportunities, prepare bids, budgets, and contracts, and oversee implementation.
- Collaborate on contract negotiations and management; prepare proposals and ensure compliance.
- Conduct market studies and competitor analysis to inform product and service improvements.
- Lead maintenance, repair, and improvement of project facilities; manage after-sales services.
- Recruit, train, and mentor engineers and technicians; develop annual plans and work plans.
- Organize and participate in trade fairs, customer events, field trips, and technical studies.
- Ensure after-sales service quality, track maintenance schedules, and manage customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
- Manage IT department operations, ensuring effective system integration and technological support across all functions.
- Generate reports on after-sales service performance, including revenues, project photos, completion timelines, and customer feedback.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, and knowledge of MV, LV, and automation equipment.
- Familiarity with Cambodian technical standards.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Fluent in English.
