We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Procurement and Shipment Officer
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for goods and services based on price, quality, and reliability.
- Purchase Orders: Issue, review, and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure replenishment of inventory based on production or operational needs.
- Cost Control: Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost savings while maintaining quality and timelines
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the company's procurement needs are met.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and legal standards.
- Shipping Coordination: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Freight Management: Manage freight forwarders, couriers, and transportation providers to optimize shipping costs and performance.
- Customs Documentation: Ensure all import/export documentation, including customs clearance, is accurate and complete.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Track shipments from dispatch to delivery, providing updates to internal teams and addressing any delivery issues.
- Logistics Optimization: Implement strategies to improve shipping and logistics processes, reduce delivery times, and cut costs.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s degree in management or any related fields such as transport, logistics, supply chain etc.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Good command of English, Chinese is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and other applications)
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and shipping operations, including international logistics.
- Proficiency in procurement and logistics software tools.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations, including customs procedures and documentation.
- Understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, evaluate bids, and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and shipping vendors
