East Asia Management University (EAMU) is an international university from Singapore that is approved and authorised by the Royal Government of Cambodia to deliver globally recognised university programs and courses for the benefits of the nation’s human capital developments. The University is currently hiring suitable and qualified candidates to fill both academic and non-academic positions.
- HR Development and Training Officer (1 Position)
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Planning and creating detailed HR and soft skills training programs for both staff and students.
- Developing and delivering interactive HR training sessions on important interpersonal and leadership abilities for both staff and students.
- Reviewing training learning outcomes, creating interesting and efficient training contents to meet training goals for students and staff.
- Evaluating HR and soft skills training outcomes with HR metrics and psychometric assessments.
- Supporting the HR dept. in staff evaluations during probation period, and performance appraisals.
- Engaging with staff on regular basis to gather feedback, understand their morale and motivation levels and adopting proactive measures to enhance
- Studying and keeping up with the latest trends in soft skills training.
- Reviewing trainer programs to ensure alignment with the university
- Providing monthly reports on the effectiveness of HR and soft skills training programs.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Qualification: At least a degree in Education, Psychology, HR or related professional qualification
- A HR practitioner with extensive experience in training and developments with expertise in using HR metrics and other tools to assess performance.
- Strong work ethics, quick learner, responsible and a positive attitude in a people-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (using English)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching
- Able to counsel, motivate and inspire attendees in training
- Developer of training programs
