- Creative Leader (Video and Photography)

- As the Creative Leader for Video and Photography, you will elevate the university’s brand through compelling visual content that engages students, faculty, partners, and the wider community. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead the creative direction for all university video and photography projects to reflect the institution’s vision and values.
- Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for promotional videos, student testimonials, virtual tours, and event coverage.
- Capture and produce high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, social media, and the university website.
- Edit and enhance visual content to ensure a professional and inspiring final product.
- Manage and coordinate shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment preparation.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and academic departments to deliver content that supports recruitment and engagement goals.
- Maintain and enforce visual branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in education marketing, video production, and digital storytelling.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and the maintenance of video and photography equipment.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Photography, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in professional video production, photography, and creative direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of visual storytelling projects relevant to education or branding.
- Proficiency with professional video, audio, and photography equipment, plus advanced editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to supervise staff and student assistants.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse university departments and stakeholders.
