East-West International School is a leading educational institution located in Cambodia, offering a diverse and inclusive learning environment for students from various cultural backgrounds. We are currently seeking a full-time Early Years Teacher Assistant to join our dynamic team.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Support the teacher in preparing materials and delivering daily lessons and activities.
- Assist with classroom setup, supervision, and play (indoor and outdoor).
- Provide individual and small-group support to children.
- Assist with personal care routines (toileting, handwashing, snack, and nap time).
- Promote positive behavior, social skills, and emotional well-being.
- Ensure children’s safety and follow safeguarding policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with staff, communicate professionally with parents, and attend meetings/training.

Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- High School Diploma
- High School Diploma, fresh graduate, or certificate in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Experience working with children aged 2–4 years.
- Good communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Basic knowledge of child development.
- Patient, caring, and team-oriented.
- Warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Organized and creative.
- Passionate about early childhood education.
