We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist
តំរូវការការងារ
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and managing MEL systems, with increasing levels of responsibility in monitoring, evaluation, and research.
- Demonstrated experience with digital and web-based data management systems and tools.
- Proven ability to collect, analyze, and use data to inform decision-making and program adaptation.
- Advanced degree in political science, sociology, statistics, international development, or a related field (or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 additional years of relevant experience).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with USAID projects and a strong understanding of USAID MEL requirements.
- Experience integrating gender, social inclusion, and “do no harm” principles into MEL systems and practices.
- Professional fluency in English and Khmer
