Eleven One Kitchen is expanding our canteen operations, catering services, dine-in restaurants, and bakery business. We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and stakeholders to coordinate system development, upgrades, and issue resolutions.
  • Plan and manage the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning new technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Document workflows, system configurations, and process updates to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and future scalability.
  • Support internal users (sales, admin, procurement, and management teams) with system training, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Work closely with management to analyze digital needs and prepare improvement plans for future automation and data integration (e.g., Odoo ERP, CRM, reporting dashboards).
  • Collaborate with IT vendors or consultants to ensure system security, data integrity, and performance optimization.
  • Internal Support on IT Tasks
  • Other Tasks required by Managements.

Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT coordination, ERP systems, or digital project management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CRM, or ERP (the experience with Odoo or similar system is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, database management, or cloud hosting is an advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work across departments.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Khmer (written and spoken).
