ពិព៌ណនាអំពីការងារ
Eleven One Kitchen is expanding our canteen operations, catering services, dine-in restaurants, and bakery business. We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating HACCP and food safety documentation.
- Conduct daily hygiene and process checks in the kitchen and production areas.
- Monitor compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs) and safety procedures.
- Prepare reports and records for internal and external audits.
- Support the Quality & Operations team during HACCP certification audits.
- Participate in internal training and improvement programs.
- Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on non-conformities.
- Other tasks required by managements.
តំរូវការការងារ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in food production, restaurant, or quality assurance are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of food safety principles (ISO 22000, HACCP, GHP) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work full-time at the central kitchen in Phnom Penh.
