Empowering Youth in Cambodia (EYC) is a dynamic NGO dedicated to supporting youth from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their full potential. Through education, leadership development, and holistic support, we aim to create a brighter future for Cambodia’s youth.
- Admin, HR, and Finance Manager
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
Finance (70%) :
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial compliance and accountability.
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and donor compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure financial processes goes smoothly and procedures are followed by team members.
Administration (15%)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations, including office management.
- Develop and implement systems for improving organizational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and NGO regulations.
Human Resources (15%):
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and staff welfare initiatives.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial management tools and accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to EYC’s mission and values.
