We are looking for qualifies individual to fulfil the position of Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant with below details:
- Senior Accountant
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, stock control and payroll processing.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare monthly and annually tax declaration.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making by senior management and follow tax policy.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings or recommendations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, recommending adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare sale contract and fixed assets.
- Booking report into Quickbook system.
- Other tasks that assign by Managing Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in tax declaration (Monthly and yearly) and compliance requirements.
- Experience in audit process and challenging.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the company.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
