- Overseeing warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintaining records of transactions.
- Managing a team of warehouse workers to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time to customer.
- Assigning tasks to employees based on their specific job responsibilities within the warehouse.
- Coordinating with other departments such as accounting to ensure that invoices are processed accurately.
- Scheduling overtime to meet deadlines or special projects as needed.
- Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
- Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.
- Assist in planning future capacity requirements.
- Ensure that health and safety meet the required standards and carry out risk assessments with maintaining high standards of security in the warehouse.
- Ensure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained.
- Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.
- Monitoring employee performance to ensure that targets are met, corrective action is taken when needed, and that employees receive praise when they do well.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management
- Warehouse leader positions require to have at least five years of experience.
- Commitment to work towards professional accreditation with an industry.
- Direct experience with spreadsheet computer applications
- Excellent at English language Including Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening.
- Be honest with all employees and staffs.
- Good Communication skills.
- Have good Leadership skills.
- Have strong Responsibility.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Have strong organizational skills.
