Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual content across various platforms including web, social media, email, advertising, packaging, and print.
Translate strategic direction into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
Collaborate with marketing, procurement and sales team to maintain cohesive branding across all materials.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by assistant graphic designers.
Provide art direction and constructive feedback to team members.
Maintain brand consistency while pushing boundaries of creativity.
Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work directly with management to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.

Languages:

English - Good

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Work History:

Professional design experience for 5 years

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), or other design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, branding, and conceptual thinking.
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
