We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Lead, mentor the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on sales goals, coach and train to develop team member’s performance
- Execute the sales strategies designed to achieve market penetration and revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and farmers demands to recommend adjustments in strategies.
- Assist in promoting the company’s pesticide products effectively to new and existing customers.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports on team activities and target achievement.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Agribusiness and Farming for 3 to 5 years is required
- Strong knowledge of pesticide products, crop protection solutions, and their applications.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media marketing.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car for business travel and field visits
- Chinese is preferred.
