We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Manage day-to-day operations, staff, and guest services to ensure a clean, comfortable, and well-run property.
- Oversee passenger flow, short-term lodging, transfers, and guest services for travelers experiencing layovers, delayed transit, or designated transit-stay accommodations.
- Communicate with local and overseas partners to create new markets.
- Develop new markets with tour and agency partners.
- Provide training for staff under supervision on good customer service, hygiene, and safety.
- Control room inventory and rates within the limits set by Finance and our Booking.com and Agoda accounts.
- Plans reception and housekeeping rosters and shares the night on-call rotation.
- Coordinates GI passenger stays with Operations and bus schedules.
- Handles escalated complaints and sends daily and weekly reports to the GM and Finance.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Business, or a related field.
- Work experience in the hotel and tourism industry; front office supervision in a hotel or guesthouse; online travel agency extranet experience for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
