ពិព៌ណនាអំពីការងារ
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Provides critical front-of-house coverage, administrative backing, and customer service support during peak hours, staff breaks, leaves of absence, or sudden vacancies- same duties as a Reception Officer, covering weekly days off.
- Handles bookings, check-in and check-out, payments, and guest messages.
- Pre-assigns rooms for arrivals after 22:00 and confirms they are prepaid.
- Gives early-departing GI passengers a wake-up call and onward bus information.
- Checks bus delays with Operations before marking any GI passenger as a no-show.
- One Reception Officer will be the Supervisor's deputy, covering days off (inventory check, online travel agency messages, and daily close), with no authority to change rates.

Languages:
- English is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Business, or a related field
- Work experience in the hotel and tourism industry; front office supervision in a hotel or guesthouse for 2 years as a minimum
- Requirements: front desk experience, English and Khmer, willing to work shifts between 06:00 and 22:00.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
